Baiju PunnasserryHome ManagerBaiju obtained his Nursing degree in 1997 and is a Registered Mental Health Nurse. Over the years, he has worked in a number of healthcare facilities including, hospitals and care homes which has developed his industry knowledge.
He joined Harrier Grange as a ‘General Manager’ in December 2019 just before the pandemic hit! 2020 was a challenging time for many people but found the team at home was very supportive! Baiju loves his home and his role which leaves him with a great sense of satisfaction. Safety continues to be a top priority for him and the home and he uses his knowledge to ensure Harrier Grange remains safe!
Baiju is known for being friendly, approachable and committed. He believes passionately in the value of people, culture, and right behaviour.

She joined Harrier Grange as a ‘Registered Nurse’. Remya loves being a part of the committed team and she always does her best for our residents by providing them with maximum support. Our residents find Remya approachable and often support their families.

Ananti RaiRegistered NurseAnanti joins Harrier Grange Care Home after completing her adult nursing degree at De Montfort University, Leicester. Ever since Ananti got her NMC pin in 2020, her love for helping people in need and giving back to communities has only grown more with each passing day. Ananti has experience working at Poole Hospital for a year during the period of COVID-19 outbreak. A year of working in the frontline in acute settings has made her more confident and experienced to deal with challenging and unprecedented situations.
In 2022, Ananti relocated to Andover and has since worked with the incredibly amazing staff team here and has enjoyed building close professional relationships with our residents and providing them with more service-user-centred care and support. Ananti considers the residents as her second family and she enjoys helping them maintain their health and supporting them to meet their activities of daily living.

Isobel’s nursing work experience at Bristol Royal Hospital for Children has further enriched her skill set, providing insights across various wards and with a community nurse. Additionally, Isobel volunteered at Bristol Royal Infirmary’s oncology ward, contributing to my understanding of patient care.
Throughout Isobel’s gap year adventures in Australia and New Zealand, she embraced new challenges, volunteering at a hostel in Alice Springs and participating in a work exchange on a sheep farm. These experiences have fostered her adaptability and resilience.

Summer is also a stylist at Ross Garcia and this opportunity has allowed her to expand her professional horizons and contribute to the success of the salon while providing exceptional hairdressing services to a wonderful clientele. Summer enjoys working at Harrier Grange as it is rewarding on many levels and she has the pleasure of meeting and working with lots of lovely residents, building connections with them, and seeing the satisfaction and happiness after each appointment.
