This exceptional recognition is truly a reflection of the outstanding care, lifestyle and sense of community that define life here at Harrier Grange. Each review left by our residents and their loved ones means the world to us. It is their feedback and ongoing involvement that make our home the welcoming place it is today.

To thank our fantastic team for their unwavering dedication, we recently hosted a joyful celebration with our very own ice cream sundae and mocktail bar. Our lounges were filled with laughter as residents and staff created their dream sundaes, enjoyed refreshing mocktails, and toasted this wonderful collective achievement. For us, it was a true celebration of togetherness, with everyone coming together to savour the moment and the sweet treats!

We were also honoured to share our celebrations with some very special guests. Earlier in the month, the Mayor came to visit our residents and join in our community spirit. On the day of the celebration, we welcomed our Regional Director, who congratulated us and spent time chatting with residents and staff. It was wonderful to see so many smiles and so much pride at what we’ve achieved together. At Harrier Grange, we strive to provide person-centred care that truly values each resident as a whole individual and we are so proud that this is reflected through our review score.

What makes Harrier Grange so special is the partnership we have with our residents and their loved ones. We are grateful that families are so involved here, joining us for events, sharing regular feedback at our meetings and shaping the life of our home.
