Harrier Grange Care Home encapsulates a warm, community feel, offering a number of first-class facilities and amenities. En-suite Rooms

All rooms here at Harrier Grange Care Home in Andover have been finished to the highest standards, providing residents with comfortable, luxury accommodation. Suites are all beautiful spacious single bedrooms with en-suite wet room facilities and feature specialised equipment including nurse call systems, smoke detectors, and temperature-controlled central heating. Suites can comfortably accommodate visitors, and residents are able to truly make their space their own by bringing personal decorations if desired.

We have a talented chef and his brigade of kitchen staff who create delicious, varied and nutritional meals every day. Menus are created on a seasonal basis and tailored to our resident preferences. Family and friends are always welcome to join us for meals and enjoy quality time with loved ones in our bistro. In addition, we also thoroughly enjoy hosting High Tea afternoons, gastronomy food tasting sessions and social food events such as cheese and wine nights, world food days and cooking demonstrations. Whether residents feel like an Afternoon Tea in the garden, fine dining with friends or a relaxed TV dinner, we cater for all tastes.

Private Gardens

Our home boasts large, therapeutic gardens with beautiful plants and greenery, perfect to relax. The enclosed gardens provide a safe space for our residents to enjoy the outdoor space; the patio area is equipped with furniture which allows for al fresco dining when the weather is nice and residents are able to participate in gardening and tending to our flower beds, vegetable patch and bird tables all year round.

Salon & Nail Bar

Our Salon & Nail bar provides everything residents need to feel pampered, from a shampoo and set to manicure and massage. All included in weekly fees, residents are able to look and feel their best at all times. Our hairdresser visits regularly and schedules appointments for an array of hair and nail services.

Our impressive selection of films covers a multitude of genres and includes everything from black & white classics to the more modern movies, and will leave our residents spoilt for choice. Arts & Crafts

Our arts and crafts workshops are popular at our Whitchurch care home with all of our residents as well as their friends and family members, and they all play an incredibly important role in our home’s seasonal events, such as Easter and Christmas, and our residents have so much fun preparing our lovely home and decorating it for the festive season. Our residents gain so much from our workshops in terms of both physical and mental health and well-being, and we strongly urge each and every one of them to join in getting a little creative with their fellow neighbours and our very enthusiastic team.

Our two dedicated Activities Coordinators ensures there is always something interesting going on for our residents to participate in. Activities can range from anything from trips to the countryside, garden or shopping centres, coffee and quiz mornings, through to sing-a-longs and music events. We also frequently welcome entertainment to our home in order to keep residents stimulated.
