Cheerful Chicks

Last Tuesday our home had some live eggs brought to us by the Living Eggs company in Reading.

Activities Co-Ordinator, Chris Martin said: "We had an incubator with 10 eggs sitting in there and over the following days the eggs have hatched into little chicks!"

"The residents, staff, and family members have all enjoyed holding the chicks and it's had a positive impact on our residents here at the Grange by giving them something cute and fluffy to interact with."

"This has been an all-around fantastic experience for us and it has been really lovely to watch the chicks develop over the last 12 days - sadly they go home today!"
