Harrier Grange Celebrates ‘Good’ CQC Rating
At Harrier Grange Care Home, we are delighted to celebrate receiving an overall ‘Good’ rating from the Care Quality Commission following its latest assessment.
The rating recognises the dedication of our team and the quality of care and support provided to residents, with the home receiving ‘Good’ ratings across all five areas assessed: Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well-led.
Recognising Quality Care
The CQC found that residents received safe and effective person-centred care, with our staff demonstrating a good understanding of residents’ individual needs. Inspectors also noted positive feedback from residents and relatives, who described staff as caring and responsive. The assessment highlighted the welcoming atmosphere at Harrier Grange, alongside the varied activities available to help residents stay engaged and connected with others.

This ‘Good’ rating is a wonderful achievement for everyone here at Harrier Grange and reflects the commitment of the whole team. From care and nursing to hospitality, activities and housekeeping, everyone plays an important role in creating a supportive and enjoyable environment for residents.
