Valentine’s Day at Harrier Grange

Residents at Harrier Grange have enjoyed Valentine’s Day, particularly those residents who were able to join Valentine's lunch with their partners, which brought back memories and where they showed their love to one another.

A resident relative was very thankful for organising it very nicely and regenerating that moment. “Thank you very much for organising a special Valentine’s Lunch for me and xx. You laid it up very well with roses and wine and the food was excellent. Many thanks for making our day so special”.

One of the residents played 'You Are My Sunshine' on the piano in one of the communal lounges while a couple of residents beautifully sang along. The video clip can be found on our Facebook page.

We believe it's important to celebrate all occasions at Harrier Grange, no matter how big or small so that residents have something to look forward to and where their loved ones can also participate. The activities team will also incorporate fun, themed activities that go hand in hand with national days such as Easter to enhance overall well-being.
